Recently, in the bonded warehouse of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Humen Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Dongguan, parcels of all sizes shuttle through the packaging platform, and the staff are skilled in sorting, counting, packaging, packaging, and then transporting goods to transport vehicles. The packages will then be delivered to consumers.
"Thanks to the adjustment of the 'positive list' of cross-border e-commerce imports, some of our company's goods can be imported through cross-border e-commerce channels." Said Zheng Haibin, deputy general manager of Dongguan Xingcheng Logistics Supply Chain Co., Ltd.
It is reported that the new version of the "positive list" of cross-border e-commerce imports has been implemented since March 1 this year. On the basis of the old version, 29 commodities with strong consumer demand in recent years have been added, and the import categories have been expanded. The adjusted list of commodity tariff lines has increased from 1413 to 1476, further enriching the product categories. The new version of the "positive list" also optimizes and adjusts the remarks on 206 items, and clarifies that 98 of the common items are only sold online as bonded goods.
After the implementation of the new version of the "positive list", the number of bonded imported packages purchased online by Xingcheng has increased significantly. "At present, many customers have asked us for advice or confirmed warehousing." Zheng Haibin said.
In order to promote the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce, Shatian Customs under Whampoa Customs vigorously publicized the new version of the "positive list", promptly answered questions and helped enterprises enjoy policy dividends. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of various promotion activities in Humen Port Comprehensive Bonded Area, Shatian Customs sorted out the hot product information in the front list of cross-border e-commerce in advance to provide reference for enterprises, timely answer the problems that enterprises may encounter in commodity classification, customs clearance and other links, and help enterprises enrich the types of imported goods during the activity to stimulate market vitality. In addition, Shatin Customs also monitored the real-time customs clearance of cross-border commodities, dynamically adjusted the security forces of cross-border e-commerce import and export supervision sites, and ensured the timeliness of customs clearance.
"Consumers can not only enjoy more favorable prices, but also receive favorite goods more quickly, which improves the consumer experience and truly enables e-commerce enterprises to trust in" selling globally "and consumers to be satisfied with" buying globally "." Chen Canwen, Deputy Director of Shatian Customs, said, "In the next step, the Customs will continue to promote the implementation of relevant measures to ensure the stability and quality of foreign trade, continue to optimize the port business environment, and promote the steady and healthy development of cross-border e-commerce."
