Notice on Declaration Requirements for Imported Recycled Paper Pulp

In order to standardize the declaration management of imported recycled paper pulp and strengthen import supervision, the following announcement is hereby made regarding the declaration requirements for the relevant goods:

When the consignee of imported goods or their agent declares the import of recycled paper pulp (item number 47062000), they should indicate the production process method used for making recycled paper pulp in the remarks section of the customs declaration form. Based on the actual situation, it should be filled in as "dry process" or "wet process".

This announcement will come into effect on October 10, 2025.
