Bulletin no. 81 [2021]

　In accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection and its implementation regulations, the General Administration of Customs has decided to adjust the list of import and export commodities subject to inspection. The announcement is hereby made as follows:

　　Add customs supervision condition "B" to 29 10-digit customs commodity numbers related to export fertilizer, and the customs shall carry out export commodity inspection on related commodities.

　　This notice will come into effect on October 15, 2021. See annex for the regulatory requirements after adjustment.
