Green coffee beans are unroasted coffee beans that are actually the seeds in the fruit of the coffee plant (often referred to as coffee cherries or coffee berries). A ripe coffee cherry usually contains two coffee beans in a flat oval shape, and occasionally a cherry containing only one round bean is called a round bean. The following is our recent agent customers import customs clearance case of coffee beans to share. 

1. Before the goods arrive at the port, do a good job of the record of the enterprise receiver and consignor, documents and Chinese label pre-examination;

2. Notify foreign suppliers to attach Chinese labels and deliver goods;

3. Exchange documents, customs declaration and inspection after arrival at the port;

4. Tax payment, inspection (or sampling), release;

5. Inspection and quarantine certificate of inbound goods;

6. Sales and use.

In addition to the normal trade documents, foreign countries need to provide three special documents: certificate of origin, plant detection certificate, health certificate.

Note: According to internationally recognized standards, the caffeine content of low-factor processed green coffee beans shall not exceed 0.1% of the weight of green beans, that is, the caffeine content of low-factor green coffee beans shall not exceed 0.1 grams per 100 grams.
