Aluminum is widely used in the automotive manufacturing industry because it is lightweight and durable, helping to improve the fuel efficiency and performance of vehicles. When a car reaches the end of its useful life or needs servicing, aluminum parts can be recycled by cutting or crushing. Aluminum block recycling in the automotive industry not only reduces the demand for primary aluminum and reduces the environmental impact of mining and refining primary aluminum, but also saves energy and reduces greenhouse gas emissions. Return import conditions

According to the import declaration of returned goods, the following conditions should be met at the same time:

First, the export is less than one year;

Second, to provide a full set of original export declaration documents;

Third, can provide tax or tax refund certificate.

The required documents are:

1. Packing list

2. Invoice

3. Contract

4. Return agreement

5. Return shipping fact sheet

6. Third party inspection and appraisal report

7. Full set of customs declaration documents for original export

8. No tax refund certificate or back tax certificate

9. Other relevant documents required by the Customs

When the documents are not complete and cannot be declared in accordance with the returned imports:

In practice, there is often no way to provide a full set of customs declaration documents for the original export (such as paying for exports?). or the enterprise has gone through the tax refund procedures do not want (or inconvenient) to make up the tax, there is no way to declare in accordance with the returned imports. Then how to declare the import?

In this case, enterprises usually choose general trade imports, that is, to import this batch of goods directly from abroad, provide a full set of customs declaration documents required for general trade imports, and normally pay import duties and value-added taxes.
