Banana Slice Import/Documentation Information:

Banana chips are generally imported as pre-packaged food, import customs clearance needs to provide product packing list, invoice, contract, bill of lading, certificate of origin, health certificate, plant planting certificate, component testing report, product process and declaration elements.

Banana slice import/Precautions:

1, the GB7718 "pre-packaged food label General Rules" stipulates that the content, format, font and even font size displayed on the corresponding Chinese label of each pre-packaged food are detailed requirements, and the unqualified Chinese label directly affects the import of products;

2, the new version of the management regulations require that registered enterprises to export food to China, should be marked on the internal and external packaging of food in China registration number or the registration number of the competent authority of the country (region). The internal and external packaging label registration number, enterprises can print, paste, spray and other ways according to the actual use, but China's relevant laws and regulations and food safety national standards in addition to the exception;

(3) Overseas food production enterprises other than the 18 types of food shall apply for registration and submit materials to the General Administration of Customs by themselves or by entrusted agents;

4, food importers should establish food import and sales record system, truthfully record food name, net content/specifications, quantity, production date, production or import batch number, shelf life, overseas exporters and buyers name, address and contact information, delivery date and other contents, and keep relevant documents. The retention period of records and vouchers shall not be less than 6 months after the expiration of food warranty; If there is no definite shelf life, the storage period shall be more than 2 years after sale.
