Helmet import precautions:

According to the Announcement of the General Administration of Customs of the General Administration of Market Supervision on the Release of Mandatory Product Certification Catalog Products and the Reference Table corresponding to the 2020 Commodity Number (Announcement No. 21 of 2020), the import of (motorcycle) helmets needs to provide China mandatory product certification certificate (3C certificate), and the customs implements entry verification management of the products at the port. No qualification requirements for overseas exporters and domestic importers.
