Wine is a kind of fruit wine made of grapes as raw materials, wine is also divided into dry red dry white pink and so on. The commodity code of the customs is divided into those below 2L and those above 2L according to the packaging. Usually, we import 750ML of the original bottle, so it is below 2L. The commodity code used is 22042100, and the corresponding tariff is 14%, consumption tax 10% and value-added tax 13%. The following is a wine case document imported by our company. 

Wine import Declaration Information:

Certificate of origin, health certificate, manufacturer ingredient list/test report, production date certificate/filling certificate, packing list, contract, invoice, Chinese and foreign language label, other declaration information - processing method, alcohol concentration, grade, year (no year for declaration without year), appellation, winery name (Chinese and foreign language name), grape variety (Chinese and foreign language name) Packaging specifications (packaging specifications × number of units per item, × liters/barrel or × liters/container tank), import methods (processing in the original liquid area, processing outside the original liquid area, the original bottle has a brand, domestic brand), brand (Chinese and foreign names);

Wine import precautions:

If the package contains wooden pallet/wooden case, it must have clear IPPC fumigation mark;

Chinese labels should be affixed before import to confirm whether there are food and wine business qualifications;
