The first three steps of import declaration of used mechanical and electrical products

STEP1

Before importing used mechanical and electrical products, we should confirm the "declaration name" and HS code of the specific imported goods, and check the relevant documents to determine whether the imported goods are products in the "Prohibited Import of used mechanical and electrical products catalogue".

STEP2

If the imported goods have been included in the "List of Inspection and Supervision Measures for Imported Used Mechanical and Electrical Products" management measures, the pre-shipment inspection should be carried out at the place of departure or transit before entering the country, and the pre-shipment certificate can be obtained before the shipment; If the imported goods are not included in the List of Used mechanical and electrical Products prohibited from import and are not included in the List of Regulatory Measures, they can be imported without the implementation of pre-shipment inspection, and only port inspection and destination inspection are implemented.

STEP3

After the used mechanical and electrical equipment arrives at the port, it shall file a declaration with the competent customs on the basis of the pre-shipment inspection certificate or import declaration of used mechanical and electrical products.

Import old audio note:

1. Import review price: It is not to say that the purchase price is taxed according to the purchase price, and the import customs of old mechanical and electrical products will calculate the salvage value according to the price of new products.

2. Import inspection: the brand model of mechanical and electrical products must be complete, and the voltage must meet domestic standards.

3. Commodity inspection transfer: Old mechanical and electrical products will generally go to the final use of the inspection equipment, inspection can be used, attention! Can not be used until the destination has not been inspected, otherwise it will be punished!
