Note 2: Non-dangerous goods: Chemical Research Institute (goods transportation conditions assessment), determined as non-dangerous goods; Dangerous goods: Chemical Research Institute to do goods transport conditions assessment, determine the risk;
Note 3: Non-dangerous goods in accordance with the requirements of the shipping company to provide a non-dangerous letter of guarantee;

When packing dangerous goods into the port, it is necessary to load them directly beside the ship. There are two ways to pack:

Note 2: The deadline for cargo declaration is 48 to 72 hours before departure, so boxes must be submitted before this time.
Note 3: The closing declaration should provide the box seal number at the same time, so the box must be submitted before this time.
